When you click on the ‘BUY NOW’ button in the Bear Shop or the Love Spoon store, you are taken to The PayPal secure processing site and the transaction is completed through their 128 bit Secure Encrypted Servers. Cymruted do NOT see your cards details.

We have made arrangements with PAYPAL (owned by e-Bay) to process payments for all of CymruTed Collectable Bears gifts that are offered for sale on our website. PAYPAL accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery Credit Cards. All payments are in USD($), GBP(�) or the Euro.

When PAYPAL have processed the transaction, they inform us that a payment has been made, what you have ordered and your shipping details. In all cases where we are given an e-mail address, we confirm your order as soon as we can.

We process the order and ship within fourteen to twenty one days in normal circumstances but please allow up to 28 days. If you would like to confirm your order directly with us or give other instructions, please contact us.


	Our Guarantee Here at Cymruted, we want you to be happy with your newly adopted teddy bear BUT if you are not satisfied with your Cymruted Collectable Bear or it is NOT what you expect then we will refund your purchase price less carriage charges

	You can use our secure shop, or if you prefer, we are happy to accept a personal cheque, a money order or bank draft, drawn on a UK bank for which there will be a 14 day clearing period. Bears travelling to new homes in Great Britain are sent by the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is still applicable.

	The price shown on the information pages for each teddy including all postage, packing and handling charges. This way, the price on the screen is the one you pay and there are no hidden charges.


	Special Occasion or Celebration Bears...

We are pleased to offer a service where we will make a Cymruted Mohair Bear, to your specifications and they can be dressed in special costumes - Birthdays, Wedding Anniversaries, Graduation, Easter, Christmas or Valentines Day for example. Please note that all our teddies are handmade and this means that no two bears are identical - close relations - yes, but identical - no. We offer this service by private arrangement and the details are confirmed by e-mail. A deposit of 50% is usually asked for. We also offer a layaway service.


	Returns...

We make every attempt to ensure that our photographs and descriptions are accurate and properly describe the items for sale. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) purchased or find that they are not as described you must return the item(s) to us undamaged, especially by water or tobacco smoke and with all original packaging intact by fully insured postage within seven working days of receipt. It would be helpful if you would contact us first to discuss the problem.
